If you have questions about your insurance benefits or the cost of your treatment, our team is always happy to assist you.
We deliver the best care at the most reasonable cost to our valued patients. All payments are due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements are made in advance.
We respect your time and ask that you return the courtesy. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. All late cancellations and no-shows will incur a $75 amount fee.
Separated or divorced parents of minors, who are responsible for one-half of the cost of a child’s/children’s dental care: The parent who brings the child into the dental appointment is responsible for paying the co-payment or full fee.
